Behavioral Specialist - Data-Driven Support & Training

The State of Florida seeks a Behavioral Specialist for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities at Sunland. You will assess behaviors, develop programs, and train staff across a multiple residential unit to support residents’ independence and ensure proper documentation. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, updating procedures, providing staff with technical guidance, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings.
