The Ops Services product team is responsible for developing and managing the internal systems and tools used to manage order management, last mile services and fulfillment. As a Product Analyst for the Fulfillment Pick from Store, you will play an integral role in ensuring we provide the best-in-class tools to help support and grow our omnichannel business.

Reporting to a product leader, this role is ideal if you want a career in product management, have a background in data management and are looking to learn and develop your expertise in both product management and retail grocery.

Recipe for Success - Deliver great products:

• Support the creation of and updates to the product vision and roadmap
• Create user stories and prioritize backlog based on product manager's guidance
• Participate in daily standup/scrum meetings, sprint planning and review meetings and retrospectives to ensure scrum team has clear, well-defined user stories
• Work with cross-functional teams comprised of business stakeholders, engineering, user design and QA (Quality Assurance)
• Partner with the technology team on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans
• Aid in the investigation and resolution of production issues with engineering

• Collaborate with our customers to define requirements and communicate them to the scrum teams.
• Understand the key metrics and ensure product features will help achieve those metrics.
