Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Associate’s degree.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - 2 years of experience preferred.

Unit Details: - All general and vascular except for ABIs and segmental pressure. No echo or breast. - In this position, the Sonographer performs ultrasound procedures to obtain desired imaging results according to physician specifications, including transferring patients for examinations and assisting with the ultrasound examination process. - Responsible for appropriate operation of all ultrasound imaging and related equipment. - Appropriately educates, positions, immobilizes and performs ultrasound procedures. - Coordinates ultrasound examinations to ensure timeliness, quality and continuity of patient care. - Submits required images and related clinical information to the Radiologist for interpretation. - Appropriately evaluates image quality.

Shift & Scheduling: - On-call to be discussed during interview.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
