CDL-A Driver – Pacific, WA
TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Driver to support nationwide operations based in Pacific, WA .
Temp-to-Hire: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL-A Driver Details:
- Openings: 1 Driver
- Schedule: 7 days per week
- Start Time: Early morning after completing a 10-hour sleeper reset
- Average Length of Day: Approximately 11 hours
- Pay: $0.60 per loaded mile + component pay, average $1500/Week
- Route Type: Nationwide
- Home Time: Regional/nationwide driving with sleeper operation
- Freight: Industrial materials and products
- Delivery Locations: Industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
- Loading/Unloading: Yes
- Equipment: 53' flatbed
- Transmission: Automatic
CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- 1 year of driving experience required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and flatbed equipment
CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer on nationwide routes
- Transport and deliver freight to industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
- Load and unload freight as required
- Secure and transport loads safely
- Complete required inspections, paperwork, and delivery documentation
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety requirements
Additional Pay:
- $50 Tarp Pay
- $100 Clean Inspection Bonus
