Project Manager
Interstate Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit building permit applications.
- Coordinate and track Certificates of Occupancy (COs).
- Communicate with local building departments, inspectors, and utility companies.
- Process parts orders and maintain inventory records.
- Schedule and coordinate service requests and warranty work.
- Maintain accurate project files and documentation.
- Provide updates to customers, contractors, and management regarding project status.
- Assist with general administrative and customer service duties.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with construction, manufactured homes, modular homes, permitting, or service coordination preferred.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
