You will be responsible for managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options. Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Develop new Financial Services opportunities.

Take premium payments from customers.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements

A Property Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Will need to obtain License prior to start of employment.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Great Customer Service Skills.
