Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the agency in Bethlehem.

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with insurance carriers to expand product offerings for our clients.

Coach and support our sales producers to help them sharpen their skills and achieve their professional goals.

Monitor agency performance metrics to ensure we are meeting our financial objectives while maintaining high service standards.

Review existing insurance portfolios to identify coverage gaps and provide more robust solutions for our community members.

Represent The Atlantic District in the local Bethlehem business scene to build our reputation and attract new opportunities.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance License.

Five or more years of experience managing independent agency operations or high-performing sales teams.

Proven track record of agency growth, profit management, and carrier relationship development.

Deep knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance products.

Strong proficiency in agency management systems and digital marketing tools.

Demonstrated ability to mentor sales staff and foster a culture of accountability.
