Branch Director Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Branch Director for their Home Health location in the Cincinnati, OH area. Clinical and Non-Clinical Candidates will be considered. Medicare Home Health branch leadership experience is a must. The branch leader will oversee the clinical team, operations, financials, and drive census growth. Local candidates preferred. This is an on-site role.

Branch Director Job Requirements

• Medicare Home Health branch leadership experience.
• Understanding of OASIS, PDGM, and state/federal home health regulations.
• Financial and business development background.

Branch Director Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day branch operations and P&L.
• Work with clinical leader to ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Work with Sales staff to grow census.
