Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced laboratory tests, including chemical analysis, hematological evaluations, and immunological assessments following mandated protocols.
• Ensure high accuracy in test results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and maintain lab equipment through regular calibration and preventative upkeep.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Keep thorough records of all activities, mentor newcomers, and actively contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Promote a clean and compliant workspace while adhering to state and federal regulatory standards.

Education Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Maintain an active certification throughout your time in this role.
