Who you are 3+ years of experience in licensing, contracts, or technology transfer Ability to ramp quickly and operate in a fast-paced, professional legal environment Strong attention to detail with a proactive, “hustler” mindset What you’ll do Draft, review, and manage licensing and research-related agreements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support technology commercialization efforts Ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations Compensation Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
