This position plays a critical role in commission accounting, manufacturer specification credit reconciliation, financial reporting, CRM data integrity, and sales analytics. Our Sales Credit & Specifications Administrator serves as the financial backbone of our sales operations. Success in this role requires someone who genuinely enjoys working with numbers, reconciling financial information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring commission and reporting accuracy. This is not a general administrative position—it is best suited for someone with accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, or commission administration experience. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile and process manufacturer specification credits, commission transfers, and monthly commission reporting. Coordinate annual manufacturer bonus programs Prepare and distribute recurring sales, commission, and trend analysis reports. Maintain and update sales reporting data within Salesforce and other business systems. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data through ongoing maintenance, audits, and quality control efforts. Generate scheduled reports and provide data analysis to support sales management and manufacturing partners. Assist with data collection, reporting, and special projects for leadership and the sales team. Provide administrative support for sales operations, reporting processes, and manufacturer programs. Must-Have Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, payroll, commission administration, or other financial analysis experience required. Associates degree or greater in business administration or accounting Experience reconciling financial transactions, commissions, accounts, or other detailed financial records. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis. Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy. Experience working with CRM and ERP/accounting systems; Salesforce experience preferred. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate variances independently. Outstanding attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
