We're hiring an Entry - Level Accounting/Billing Specialist. If you're a recent graduate or an entry-level professional looking to build experience in accounting, billing, and financial processes, we'd love to hear from you!
Role: Billing Coordinator
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Vancouver, WA
Shift Options : 7:00AM - 4:00 PM OR 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Office administration experience, medical billing, legal administration or similar background
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable working with numbers, data entry, and transactional processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative, positive, adaptable, and open to change
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support a high-volume, centralized accounting operation for a large automotive organization in Vancouver, Washington. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to build their accounting experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Accounting Specialist will provide transactional, administrative, and data-entry support across various accounting functions based on business needs.
Compensation:
$21.58
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
