This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. FTT will require proof of status prior to employment. Essential Job Functions: Receives predetermined work assignments that are process-driven, and subject to a high level of control and review. Follows established rules, procedures and global policies. Vendor master file set-up and maintenance. Accounts payable data entry, coding and vouchering. Month-end activities participation. Entering vendor and employee expense reports into Costpoint. Purchase order vouchering. Clearing purchase orders using a 3-way matching process in Costpoint. Responding to all vendor enquiries. Preparing weekly cash disbursements and supporting weekly payment runs. Preparing monthly accounts payable accrual report. Filing and maintaining all historical records. Supports internal and external SOX audit requests. Other job duties as assigned. Strong attention to detail.i Education and Experience: Bacheloris in accounting, or related degree is preferred or a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in high volume organization. Experience in Deltek/Costpoint or similar ERP System strongly preferred. Understanding and prior experience of working in SOX compliant environment is strongly preferred.
