About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, while also maintaining a strong focus on quality of life and promoting independence. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse who is committed to providing exceptional care, supporting our residents, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.
