Wholesale Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a Wholesale Marketing Manager to support a Sport Specialty team, with a strong focus on account marketing, activation planning, and cross-functional execution. This individual will serve as a primary contact for a key wholesale account while also flexing across additional specialty business areas as seasonal priorities shift. This is a hands‑on marketing role ideal for someone who can manage projects from start to finish, collaborate across multiple teams, and help drive impactful in‑store and digital activations. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of seasonal account marketing and activation plans. Manage account marketing calendars to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement. Partner with sales, merchandising, digital activation, and visual merchandising teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Execute in‑store activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Help drive retail and digital programs that improve sell‑through and consumer experience. Track the performance of activations and use insights to inform future planning. Support budget oversight and help maximize return on marketing investments. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external retail partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, wholesale marketing, or account management. Experience with trade marketing, retail activation, or category marketing within a consumer brand environment. Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and business data to optimize programs. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
