Product Engineer, Full Stack - Agents

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack product experiences for delegating work to persistent AI coworkers.
- Create frontend interfaces for directing agents, reviewing progress, understanding actions, and collaborating on generated work.
- Build backend APIs, services, and data models supporting persistent agent state, asynchronous execution, orchestration, and progress reporting.
- Develop workflows that let agents access context, use tools, and collaborate with people across workplace surfaces and channels.
- Partner with product, design, research, and engineering teams to turn shared capabilities into cohesive products.
- Build user controls, understandable agent behavior, safe execution, and reliable operational foundations into the product.
- Use customer feedback and product insight to identify valuable workflows and improve AI coworker results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional full-stack or product engineering experience.
- Track record of shipping polished user-facing products and production backend systems with meaningful full-stack ownership.
- Strong frontend skills with TypeScript, React, and modern web application development, including attention to interaction design and usability.
- Experience building backend services, APIs, data models, and production systems in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Strong product judgment and ability to take ambiguous customer problems from concept through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Experience designing software for complex workflows, collaboration, enterprise users, developer tools, or trust-sensitive product environments.
- Ability to reason about asynchronous work, stateful systems, reliability, performance, security, and product tradeoffs.
- Ability to work closely with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers across multiple teams.
- Interest in AI agents and the future of work; experience with agentic systems, enterprise software, or early-stage products is helpful but not required.
