We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our office team. As a Care Coordinator , you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients and caregivers are supported through excellent communication and scheduling coordination. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs and preferences Track and process new caregiver applicants and perform orientations and background checks Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers-the Care Coordinator is often the first voice they hear Prepare and organize documents, including physical and digital copies, for efficient office management Accurately document all communications, schedule changes, and care updates in our internal system Support the onboarding and training coordination of new caregivers, assisting where needed as a key administrative Care Coordinator Who We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience as a Care Coordinator , scheduler, or administrative assistant preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling or CRM software A compassionate, team-oriented attitude that reflects the Right at Home mission Why Join Right at Home?
