Hospice RN Case Manager — Compassionate Care Leader

HIA Hospice in Fargo, ND is seeking a dedicated Hospice Staff RN/Case Manager to provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. This full-time role will operate from the Fargo office, serving surrounding communities and ensuring care aligned with our mission. The position requires an RN degree with ND/MN licensure, strong communication skills and flexibility in scheduling; BSN is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr HIA Hospice
