Perks of Working at Ignite Digital:Competitive pay and benefits, including PTOEducation stipends and referral bonusesCompelling work with the U.S. federal governmentStrong emphasis on volunteer and community engagementOpportunity to shape the future of our industrySupportive colleagues and management who invest in your growthResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive financial management support for a branch, office, organization, or department within DoD or Navy cost estimating and analysis organizations.Advise and assist in the preparation of annual budgets, including the development of guidelines and policies for budget formulation and maintenance.Measure organizational performance and assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget.Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.Employ cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests, assess program tradeoffs, and explore alternative funding methods.Research economic and financial developments that affect organizational spending.Draft Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), and Section C of the program’s Acquisition Program Baseline (APB).Conduct training sessions for company or government agency personnel regarding new budget procedures.Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders and manage finances across multiple funding types.Track budgets, costs, and variances; produce executive summaries; and conduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements.Develop and propose courses of action (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues.Interpret and apply financial management principles, processes, techniques, policies, regulations, and organizational strategic goals.Minimum Qualifications:Master’s degree.10 years of professional experience with financial management, specifically with DoD or Navy cost estimating and analysis organizations.Experience conducting short and long-range cost estimating and analyses for PMW 120 programs and projects.Experience drafting CARD, LCCE, and APB documentation.DAWIA Level III in program management or similar (e.g., PMP).Financial analysis experience with the Navy or comparable Department of Defense Acquisition agencies.At least three (3) years of experience in direct support of a Navy or DoD Acquisition Agency producing various cost products.Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Possess TS/SCI Clearance.Salary: $160k+ to align with education and experience.Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
