The ideal candidate is organized, personable, comfortable working with multiple openings, and knows how to keep candidates engaged throughout the process.What you'll be doingSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and internal databasesReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screensCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersCommunicate interview details and follow up with candidatesMaintain accurate applicant records and recruiting activityAssist with job postings and position updatesTrack candidates through the hiring pipelineConduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment processesPrepare candidate information for hiring managersHelp coordinate offers and start datesMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the processAssist with recruiting reports and hiring metricsSupport recruiting projects and special assignments
