Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member of the FP&A team, a key partner to RH executives. The right individual will be essential in developing accurate forecasts, reporting on business metrics and driving strategic decisions through modeling and analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will interact regularly with Executives and Leadership across the organization as well as key accounting and finance executives and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and accelerate visibility into a wide range of metrics for the business.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLive Our Vision, Values and BeliefsAnnual budget development and monthly forecasts, long-range planning, and on-going reporting vs. forecasts for various business partnersSupport the monthly close process including explanations of monthly variances vs. forecastAnalyze monthly & quarterly business results, KPIs, trends, and synthesize results / critical business insights to leadershipCreate, manage and automate operational reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of the businessForge meaningful relationships with department heads and become a trusted advisor, highlighting risks, building sensitivity analyses and driving solutions to problems as they ariseAssist with materials supporting earnings releases, board meetings, and executive leadership reviewsPerform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysisEnsure timely delivery and accuracy of monthly financial reportingOUR REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or related fieldBachelor's degree in Finance or equivalentHighly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
