Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing clinical interviewing and standardized tools to gather pertinent information.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, adjusting techniques as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Regularly monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients facing logistical challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to hone your skills and expand your therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with a variety of emotional and psychological concerns. Your focus will include but is not limited to, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. The goal is to empower clients through personalized support, helping them navigate their unique challenges and discover paths toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and compassion in therapeutic interactions.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and client scheduling.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a clinical setting that involves trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapy are strongly preferred. Though new graduates are welcomed to apply, those with prior experience in outpatient or teletherapy environments will find an advantage in this role.
