Saugus Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) to join our nursing leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader with skilled nursing experience who enjoys supporting staff, maintaining clinical standards, and working closely with facility and regional leadership.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Assist with staffing, education, and employee performance
Monitor resident care, documentation, and clinical outcomes
Assist with surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance
Participate in care planning and quality improvement
Help ensure nursing policies and standards are consistently followed
The ADNS works closely with the Director of Nursing, Administrator, and Regional Clinical Team .
RequirementsActive Massachusetts RN license required
Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required
Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
