Assistant Director of Nursing

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to meet individual resident needs. Conduct regular assessments to monitor resident health status and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing personnel. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the state regulatory board. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
