Responsibilities Source and attract candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with candidate information and status Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in a contract capacity Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit effectively Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Generation Recruitment and Staffing Agency
