Description:

• Answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, as applicable. Listen to general mailbox voice mails and forward to appropriate individual.
• Process and print current day orders from the Point-of-Sale system, web site PayPal, Walmart, and Amazon orders. Prepare for UPS shipping. Verify and flag that all orders are printed and processed from POS, PayPal, Walmart, and Amazon. Close POS, print reports for accounting.
• Answer consumer inquires, questions and or problems. Escalate to management if issue cannot be resolved. Update complaint log for all customers (consumer and wholesale).
• Input each day's shipments into the Daily Shipment Summary spreadsheet.
• Check and sort mail.
• Reconcile company credit card statements monthly.
• File and track all UPS freight claims.
• Responsible for taking consumer orders over the phone.
• Inputs all shipped and returned machines into the Machine Tracking System
• Pulls paid invoices and vendor bills to file
• Files vendor and customer paid invoices, creates new files if necessary
• Year-end filing
• Daily verifies that all freight bills match the quoted amount and enters in QuickBooks
• Biweekly reconciles Amazon sales vs. the funds received
• Handling travel arrangements, airline, hotel, and car rentals reservations

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour 

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Organized and resourceful

· Customer-focused

· Active listener

· Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking
