HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN ELGIN, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team by managing customer and vendor communications, processing purchase orders, maintaining inventory records, preparing quotations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $17.00-$23.00/hour based on experience 
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full-Time Position 
• Located in Elgin, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer and vendor purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries while providing outstanding customer service
• Prepare customer quotations and vendor requests for quotes (RFQs)
• Maintain inventory records and product specifications
• Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors
• Perform clerical duties, including filing, processing shipping tickets, and credit memos
• Assist with problem-solving and support the Sales Team with daily operations
• Complete additional administrative tasks as needed to support the department

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
