Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, helping coordinate vehicle releases, resolving inquiries, and providing administrative support. This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Coordinate and obtain vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations Answer inbound calls and make follow-up calls professionally and efficiently Resolve customer inquiries by researching information and providing solutions Process documentation and maintain accurate records Support office operations and administrative functions as needed Assist with customer communication via phone, email, and chat Meet quality and professionalism standards for customer interactions Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of office support or customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Ability to type at least 45 WPM Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using office equipment and computer systems Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience handling vehicle paperwork, titles, registrations, insurance documentation, or related automotive paperwork Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing a positive experience for every customer interaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
