Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive, team‑based environment Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school‑aged children Work on a flexible schedule designed to meet your needs Minimum Requirements Commit to at least 15 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence and in Illinois in good standing Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency Full‑time resident of the United States Experience with school‑aged pediatric population or related experience Experience and comfortability with a variety of technologies Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete Medicaid billing if necessary Compensation This is a W2 employment opportunity. Compensation rates vary by location: for providers in CA, HI, and NY, and for most states listed, the rate is $44–$54 per hour; for certain states in the Midwest and South, the rate is $44–$49 per hour; for other states, the rate is $44–$47 per hour. The position also includes the opportunity to earn up to a $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year) for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every two weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will depend on successful candidate’s skills, geographic location, and other qualifications.
