About the Opportunity

As a Remote Career Growth Consultant , you'll begin by learning how to provide an exceptional client experience while developing valuable communication, business, and relationship-management skills.

You'll meet virtually with clients, learn about their needs, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, and assist eligible clients through the enrollment process.

As you demonstrate consistency and strong performance, you'll have opportunities to develop additional skills in mentorship, coaching, team development, and leadership .

What You'll Do

Client Service & Relationship Building

• Meet virtually with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Build trust through professional and personalized communication

• Answer client questions clearly and accurately

• Provide ongoing follow-up and client service

• Build long-term relationships beyond the initial appointment

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
