You will be expected to directly assist the surgeon during the actual surgery.To be successful in this role you must have the ability to maintain focus while multitasking, remain calm under pressure, and exercise good judgment in emergency situations.Responsibilities:Assist surgeon and surgical team in the ORCare for patients before, during, and after proceduresDevelop and implement nursing care plan for surgical patientsEnsure operating rooms are prepped with all necessary equipment and suppliesDemonstrate a high level of compassion for patientsJob Requirements:Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).Registered Nurse: North Dakota (RN:ND).American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR).Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), within 90 Days of Start.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), within 90 Days of Start.CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Heath, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado.
