Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to serve students with a range of needs, including mild, moderate, and extensive support requirements
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility for full-time in-person, hybrid, or virtual assignments
• Team-oriented attitude; open to collaborating as part of an SLP/SLPA team (with SLPA in-person)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students across two elementary campuses
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students with varied needs
• Complete required documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
