Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and document progress accurately

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students of varying ages
• Develop personalized therapy plans and deliver both individual and group interventions
• Monitor progress and maintain thorough, compliant records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social growth
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute recommendations
• Provide guidance and support for classroom teachers to promote collaborative strategies
