Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current and valid state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations desired
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students based on individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop treatment plans and measurable goals tailored to each student
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver services in accordance with state and district guidelines
