Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist (OTR) to work on a per diem/PRN basis at our skilled nursing facility in Carthage, MO. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, Occupational Therapist (OTR) will provide occupational therapy services to our residents, focusing on their rehabilitation and wellbeing. If you are passionate about helping others and have excellent clinical skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatments, and progress reports
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
Requirements
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Missouri
Experience working with older adults and seniors, preferably in a long-term care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
