Occupational Therapist (OTR) - PRN/Per Diem Position!

Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our Per Diem team at our Webb City, MO location. About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) at Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. Occupational Therapist (OTR) will assess, create, and implement individualized therapy plans to help our residents achieve their maximum functional potential. Your expertise will focus on enhancing their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being, empowering them to live life to the fullest.

Occupational Therapist (OTR) Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified needs and goals

• Implement and supervise occupational therapy interventions, including exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain certification and continuing education requirements to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Occupational Therapist (OTR) Requirements:

• Current certification and Active license as an Occupational Therapy (OTR) is the state of Missouri.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility and other physical needs

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
