Job Description

The Planet Group is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our client, a leading global visual discovery and consumer technology company. This role will sit within the Business Marketing team and lead the day-to-day planning and execution of a new advertiser-facing program in the U.S.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strong business or integrated marketer who brings experience delivering premium experiences for executive and advertiser audiences. The role requires a combination of strategic marketing, project management, stakeholder leadership, cultural fluency, and event execution.

Pay Rate: $80–$83.33/hr depending on experience (W2 and benefit options)

Duration: 9-month contract to start

Location: New York City – Hybrid/Remote

Candidates must be based in the NYC area. The role is hybrid/remote, but this person must be available to attend in-person meetings and key program dates in NYC and at event locations as required.

Integrated Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day planning and execution of a new advertiser-facing program designed to engage executives and drive long-term cultural impact.
• Own and independently manage key program workstreams from planning through execution.
• Develop and manage timelines, workbacks, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional communications.
• Drive alignment across internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to keep work moving forward.
• Anticipate risks and roadblocks, proactively identify solutions, and ensure program milestones are met.
• Coordinate key program and event elements to deliver polished, premium experiences for executive and advertiser audiences.
• Partner cross-functionally across strategy, marketing, events, creative, and other teams to support successful program execution.
• Apply strong business judgment and cultural awareness to help ensure experiences feel fresh, relevant, differentiated, and creatively ambitious.
• Review program and marketing materials against established brand guidelines and provide clear, actionable feedback as needed.
• Leverage AI and emerging tools thoughtfully to improve planning, collaboration, efficiency, and overall execution.

Integrated Marketing Manager Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing, or a related marketing discipline.
• Experience delivering premium programs or experiences for executive, advertiser, or senior business audiences.
• Event execution experience combined with a broader business or integrated marketing background;
  this is not a pure event-planning role.
• Strong project management skills with experience independently managing multiple workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively move work forward.
• Cultural fluency and a strong understanding of current trends, with an eye for what makes experiences feel elevated, relevant, and distinctive.
• Comfortable working within established brand guidelines, reviewing materials, and providing thoughtful feedback.
• AI fluency and curiosity around emerging tools and technologies, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to support planning and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the New York City area and available for in-person meetings and key program/event dates as required.
