HCP Marketing Manager I/II - US Dermatology

AbbVie

Mettawa, IL

AbbVie seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for atopic dermatitis products in US Dermatology. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, competitive analysis, and sales force enablement to support franchise growth and market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop stakeholder-specific messaging and marketing deliverables across channels for atopic dermatitis indication
  • Analyze market dynamics and data to inform proposals and strengthen franchise market position
  • Coordinate with integrated brand team on go-to-market execution and 2027 tactical plan development
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts to optimize brand positioning and identify messaging opportunities
  • Oversee sales force execution through training initiatives and clear communication of marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Marketing experience with demonstrated proficiency across marketing disciplines
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
