Compensation:

1. Salary: $50-$55/hr based on experience
2. $10,000 Sign On Bonus!!! Only valid for full time employees that did not receive a sign on bonus with us in the past.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
3. Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
4. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
5. Mentor and guide therapy staff

Qualifications:

1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
2. Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of AL
3. 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
4. Strong clinical and leadership skills
5. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
