Compensation:

1. Salary: $32- $40/hr based on experience
2. Sign On BONUS: $5,000 (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you received a sign on bonus from any Venza Care facility in the past)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities
2. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training
3. Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques
4. Monitor and document patient progress
5. Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment

Qualifications:

1. Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
2. Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant ( COTA ) certification in the state of AL
3. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Creativity in adapting activities to patient needs
