Human Resource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate background checks and drug screenings to ensure compliance.
- Transfer and validate employee data from ADP to Paylocity.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Experience with ADP, Paylocity, or other HRIS/payroll systems is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
