Job Summary
Ultrasonographer General in Winchester, VA. This position involves providing ultrasound services across various departments, including Emergency Department, Inpatient units, Med/Surg, Critical Care Units, Labor and Delivery, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role requires expertise in general imaging ultrasound, venous extremity, neonatal head, and biophysical profile procedures within a healthcare facility setting.

Job Details

• Position: Ultrasonographer (Ultrasound Tech)
• Location: Winchester, VA
• Shift: Nights, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 PM 7:00 AM (4x10 hour shifts)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, with a duration of 13 or preferred 26 weeks
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) and ARDMS; 2+ years of experience; imaging experience with Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics; proficient with documentation in Epic.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with general imaging ultrasound, venous extremity, neonatal head, and biophysical profile procedures.
• Additional Information: Provides ultrasound services to both Emergency Department and inpatient settings, including Med/Surg, Critical Care Units, Labor and Delivery, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Must have competency in general imaging ultrasound, venous extremity, neonatal head, and biophysical profile procedures, including OB procedures.
