Not service it. Take ownership of the accounts. The Work You take the renewals from start to finish. Pulling expiration reports, running carrier conversations, preparing submissions, and delivering the finished package to the client without a principal reviewing it first. When a client calls with a coverage question, you answer it. The book carries real complexity: contractors, manufacturers, retail, and professional services. You manage all of it.
