(USA) Cake Decorator

Position Summary As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. Responsibilities Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross‑functional teams, educates associates on tools, tasks and resources, and maintains in‑stock levels while controlling shrinkage. Be an Expert: Plans bakery production to ensure consistency and accuracy of decorative designs, executes recipes and measurements, decorates bags, tips and nozzles, and upholds food‑safety, sanitation, cold‑chain, and inventory standards. Be a Techie: Leverages handheld digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, making immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality. Be an Owner: Drives performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, eliminating waste, preparing for seasonal events, and assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for a positive member experience, models high‑quality service and products, and supports associates through training, development, influencing, and inspiring teamwork. Complies with company policies, procedures and ethical standards, implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborates with managers and partners, identifies priorities, communicates progress, and recommends improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Six months of experience in a fresh production area. Minimum age of 18 years. Ready to complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
