We are seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to join our team. This position reports directly to the Sr. Leader and works closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals. The role requires daily interaction with members of the Retail Operations Department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor are a must.

Assist Recruiting Manager on all store recruiting initiatives. Recruit and evaluate seasonal job candidates nationwide in a fast-paced environment within a condensed timeframe.

• Fill employee manager positions by researching and contacting prospective applicants through cold calling, college employment centers, mall management, internet job posting sites, and LinkedIn
• Create, post, and manage postings in the applicant tracking system (Paylocity)
• Screen applicants
• Communicate proficiently with candidates via phone or email, discussing job requirements, company culture, and support structure to ensure clear understanding of expectations.
• Prepare offer letters for Key holder/Seasonal Part-Time positions
• Work in a fast-paced environment, hiring over 200 positions within an 8-week period
• Flexibly support deadlines and deliverables
• Maintain confidentiality
• Possess advanced skills with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity)
• Track expenses in Craigslist and Indeed
