Contract Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Corporate & IT Recruiter to join a growing talent acquisition team. This role will support a diverse portfolio of corporate and technical hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys variety and can move comfortably between Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, and IT/Business Systems recruiting . What You'll Be Doing Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for corporate functions, from sourcing and screening through offer and hire. Recruit across a broad range of functions, including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Security, Strategy, Corporate Development, and related corporate areas . Support technical and IT hiring, with an emphasis on Business Systems, ERP, Applications/Systems Analyst, and other emerging technology roles . Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies based on business needs and current market conditions. Source and identify qualified internal and external candidates using proactive sourcing and headhunting techniques . Provide labor-market intelligence, including talent availability, compensation trends, candidate feedback, and competitive market information. Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate and hiring-manager experience throughout the recruiting process. Develop sourcing strategies that support diversity, inclusion, and affirmative-action initiatives. Serve as a representative of the organization and effectively communicate its culture and employee value proposition to prospective candidates. Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition activities as needed. Ensure recruiting activities remain compliant with applicable regulations and internal policies, including EEOC and OFCCP requirements . Effectively manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house/corporate recruiting experience. Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions, with particular strength in IT/technical recruiting . Experience recruiting for roles ranging from entry-level through senior leadership . Strong sourcing and proactive candidate-identification skills. Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior-level stakeholders. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate-management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a strong sense of urgency. Experience recruiting within a manufacturing or similarly complex corporate environment is a plus. Experience with Workday Recruiting and/or Beamery is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
