Technical Recruiter (Austin, TX) - contract Austin, TX (Preferably hybrid – 1 to 2 days onsite but not required) 6+ Months (Contract) - can extend or possibly convert $55/hr W2 Seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for our client, a global leader in semiconductor and display equipment manufacturing. This role will focus on recruiting across a wide range of corporate and operational functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, technical environment. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, or high-tech industries. semiconductor manufacturing and engineering recruiting experience Proven experience hiring for both corporate and operational/technical roles. Strong sourcing skills with ability to identify passive candidates. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to pivot and be adaptable Hybrid schedule preferred with 2 days per week onsite , negotiable Collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting critical hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain) and operational/technical positions (manufacturing, engineering, field service). Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies. Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and drive offer process including negotiation and closing. Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr ZRG
