We’re seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who exudes energy, leadership, and grace under pressure. You’ll play a vital role in guiding daily operations, mentoring service staff, and ensuring each guest encounter is polished and memorable. What You’ll Do As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll: Lead and direct the dining team to deliver prompt, elegant, and attentive service Act as the vital link between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless execution Train and coach team members on menu knowledge, guest interactions, and service excellence Uphold daily standards for cleanliness, safety, and hospitality Resolve guest concerns swiftly and thoughtfully, enhancing overall satisfaction Monitor team performance and communicate feedback to management Set the tone for elevated dining through your own professionalism and presence What We’re Looking For You’re a standout candidate if you: Are 21+ and hold (or can obtain) Food Handler’s Certification & Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Have previous experience in bartending, serving, or luxury hospitality Are knowledgeable about fine dining menus, wine service, and beverage pairings Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a high attention to detail Lead with heart, communicate clearly, and inspire trust among peers Know your way around a POS system, basic math, and high-touch service expectations Maintain grace under pressure and bring thoughtful solutions to every shift Open Availability, Weekends and Holidays Why Join Hotel Citrine?
