Regional Sales Manager

Client Details Our client is a manufacturer specialized in custom-designed HVAC equipment and environmental control systems. They are vertically positioned in the market to control the entire sales process - from design and engineering to manufacturing and sales. Their company flow allows them to ensure proper quality control, faster than competitors turnaround times, and alignment with specific customer needs. Description Territory Management Oversee sales activities within a defined geographic region, ensuring coverage and growth. Client Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and architects. Solution Selling Present and promote custom HVAC and environmental control systems tailored to client needs. Also includes commodity replacement equipment/solutions Sales Strategy Execution Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals Project Coordination Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Identify new business opportunities, manage leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Technical Consultation Provide product knowledge and technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Reporting & Forecasting Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue for the region. Training & Representation Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings; occasionally train junior sales staff or clients on product features. Profile 3-10 years of HVAC sales experience Custom equipment or solution sales experience Engineering degree (preferred, relevant industry technical sales experience can supplement) The position is regional but you do need the ability to get into Canada for training Strong independent work ethic with ability to work in a team environment Coachability Experience working on custom solutions or equipment sales experience - REQUIRED Job Offer First Year Guaranteed Comp during training period. After that it will switch to salary + commission After ramp up, reps are in the range of $170,000 - $300,000+ for total take home. Comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being.
