Job Summary Deliver memorable culinary experiences for every event. The Banquet Chef oversees culinary production for catered events, ensuring timely execution, consistent quality, food safety, and outstanding guest experiences while coordinating closely with event and operations teams. Qualifications Culinary degree preferred 3-5 years banquet or catering leadership experience Experience executing large-scale events ServSafe® Certification preferred Knowledge of banquet production and food safety Inventory and scheduling experience Key Responsibilities Lead banquet kitchen operations Coordinate event production Ensure food quality Maintain sanitation compliance Supervise banquet culinary staff Manage event timing Support inventory management Coordinate with event operations Control food waste Deliver exceptional event execution Curious about Life at Levy?
